How to Return:

Should an item arrive broken or damaged, please know we too are crushed. Here is what you need to do next:

  1. Take a photo of damaged items and packaging
  2. Please email photo(s) with order number to matilda@mattie-bs.com 
  3. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. This will give us time to look in to the matter before responding.

When and What to Return:

If within 30 days of purchase you find you are not happy please use the following steps:

  1. Please email sales@mattie-bs.com to receive authorization.
  2. Please carefully wrap item(s) and
  3. Include the original receipt, invoice or packing slip with reason for return legibly written.
  4. Send returns to:

Items you can return:

  • items that have not been worn
  • items that are not damaged by scent or sight
  • items with original tags attached
  • include the original receipt or packing slip
  • Include permission from Mattie Bs Gifts and Apparel


  • are eligible for your preference of a refund, exchange or store credit. Without a receipt, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit at the current selling price

Please allow up to 14 days to process your return once we have received it.

TRUE FACTS:

  • Sale Items are FINAL SALE
  • Used and worn items are just that … Used & Worn 
  • Original packaging & Tags are a requirement. 
  • 30 days, that is the limit from the date of order. 
  • We love you all like family but not even family can exchange after 30 days.
  • Gift Cards, Intimate Items, Books, and Food Items are not eligible for return.
